Other: you will find at your disposal, brochures on interesting sightseeing on the French Riviera.

Deposit: 600 €/ apartment, paid when sending the balance 1 month prior to arrival (see conditions bellow)

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1 – All rentals are in your name and may not be transferred.

2 – RESERVATIONS
The reservation becomes final when a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, plus contractual fees, and a copy of the contract signed by the customer have been returned to us. This must happen within 8 days of the sending of the contract.

3 – PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The customer formally commits to paying us the balance of the amount agreed and remaining due, one month before the beginning of the stay.
Any customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date will be considered to have cancelled their stay. From that time, the service will again be offered for sale.

4 – LATE RESERVATIONS - In the case of a reservation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount will be required when booking.
